Don Carney went from a one-person, one-truck operation
in 1996 to his current fleet of 35 trucks and three
businesses in the past ten years. Why is he loyal to
NexTier Insurance? They took a chance on insuring him
when his business consisted of one driver, one truck,
and lots of ambition over the long haul. Today, Don
has about 60 employees and his businesses include Brothers
Auto Transport, ABROS Logistics, and PVT Truck &
Trailer Repair.

one truck or 100,” said Carney. “I am in
the trucking business, not insurance. They have always
taken the time to answer my questions or direct me to
another source for the answers. They’ve helped
educate me when I ask - and sometimes when I don’t
ask.”

NexTier Insurance, Don walks away feeling confident
that his coverage is at the necessary levels and his
business risks are being managed. “If I call with
a problem, they are right on the ball,” added
Don.
He never hesitates to call NexTier with any claim or
issue, even if it is repetitive and they have told him
about it before. “Since I have been disappointed
by professionals in the past, I can recognize true professionals
when I see them,” he added. “They are the
real thing.”
